Dianne Elman has been an associate at the Firm since 1990.  Dianne treats each case individually and attentively.  She educates clients on the applicable law, and its possible effects on the case and the family.  She is an excellent negotiator and advocates strongly for the best interest of her clients. She believes that when possible, resolving disputes amicably and working towards a mutual agreement brings the most positive outcome for all involved.

Dianne is active in the Chicago Bar Association Domestic Relations Committee and volunteers as a judge for John Marshall Law School Moot Court Competitions. She successfully represented a client before the Illinois Appellate Court on a paternity matter.
